حذف حسابك وبياناتك — نصيب ومودة

تستطيع حذف حسابك في «نصيب ومودة» وبياناتك المرتبطة به في أي وقت، من داخل التطبيق أو بطلب عبر البريد إذا تعذّر عليك الدخول.
1. الحذف من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول، ثم اذهب إلى «حسابي» ← «حذف حسابي»، وأكّد هويتك: بكلمة المرور إن كنت تدخل باسم مستخدم، أو بإعادة تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple إن كنت تستخدم أحدهما، ثم اضغط «حذف الحساب».
2. إن لم تستطع الدخول
راسلنا من أي بريد على support@naseebmawada.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب»، واذكر اسم المستخدم الظاهر في ملفك وطريقة دخولك (Google أو Apple أو اسم مستخدم). قد نطلب معلومات إضافية للتأكد من أن الطلب منك قبل الحذف. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز الاسترداد أبدًا.
3. ما الذي يُحذف
يُحذف فورًا من أنظمتنا الحية: ملفك الشخصي، وصورك، والرسائل النصية والصوتية في محادثاتك، وجلسات الدخول، وروابط حساب Google أو Apple، وظهورك في الدليل العام إن كان مفعّلًا.
4. ما الذي قد يبقى ولماذا
تبقى النسخ الاحتياطية المشفرة حتى 30 يومًا ثم تُحذف. ونحتفظ بسجل مختصر لا يمكن عكسه لعمليات الشراء السابقة من المتاجر لمنع إساءة استخدام الاشتراكات. أما سجلات الخادم التقنية فتُستخدم للأمان ومنع الإساءة.
5. الاشتراك المدفوع
حذف الحساب أو حذف التطبيق لا يلغي الاشتراك لدى Apple أو Google. ألغِ الاشتراك من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر قبل الحذف أو بعده.
Delete your account and data — Naseeb Mawada
Effective: 29 September 2026
You can delete your Naseeb Mawada account and the data linked to it at any time, inside the app, or by email if you cannot sign in.
1. Delete inside the app (fastest)
Open the app and sign in, go to «حسابي» (My account) → «حذف حسابي» (Delete my account), confirm it is you — with your password if you use a username, or by signing in again with Google or Apple if you use one of them — then tap «حذف الحساب» (Delete account).
2. If you cannot sign in
Email support@naseebmawada.com from any address with the subject "Account deletion request", and include the username shown on your profile and how you sign in (Google, Apple or username). We may ask for more information to confirm the request is yours before deleting. Never send your password or recovery code.
3. What is deleted
Deleted immediately from our live systems: your profile, photos, the text and voice messages in your conversations, sign-in sessions, your Google or Apple sign-in link, and your public directory listing if it was on.
4. What may remain and why
Encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted. We keep a minimal, irreversible record of past store purchases to prevent subscription abuse. Technical server logs are used for security and abuse prevention.
5. Paid subscriptions
Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription with Apple or Google. Cancel it in your store account settings before or after deleting.
