1. Nature of the service

Naseeb Mawada provides introductions for marriage only, for adults aged 18 and over.

We are not a matchmaker, marriage office, notary, consulate, court, mufti or legal authority. We issue no religious rulings and give no legal advice. Nothing in the service is a fatwa or legal opinion.

We do not guarantee a reply, a match or a marriage.

Our role is limited to providing a platform where adults get to know one another for marriage. Members are independent people. Any decision to communicate, become engaged or marry is yours alone and your responsibility.

If you need a religious ruling, a legal procedure or a marriage to be registered, go to the competent authority in your country. The service does not replace any of them.

2. Eligibility and account

To use the service you must meet these conditions:

You must keep your profile up to date when things change, especially marital status, children and country of residence. We may ask you to correct information or replace a photo that does not meet the requirements.

You may not use another person's account or let anyone else use yours. Sign-in through Google or Apple is also subject to those companies' terms, in addition to these terms.

• You are 18 or older.
• You intend to marry.
• You hold only one personal account.
• The information you provide is truthful.
• You use a real, clear personal photo of yourself.
• You can sign up with Google, Apple, or a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential. Never send your password or recovery code to us by email; we will not ask for them.

3. Prohibited conduct

Members must not do any of the following:

We take these rules seriously because the service depends on trust and respect. Breaking them leads to removal of the content, and may lead to suspension or closure of the account, depending on how serious the breach is.

If you see prohibited behaviour, use the report button in the app, or write to us at the email address at the end of these terms.

• Harass, insult or threaten others.
• Post sexual or explicit content.
• Ask for money, or commit fraud or scams.
• Impersonate anyone.
• Use the service commercially, or arrange matches for profit.
• Send spam or repeated unwanted messages.
• Post contact details or social media handles in the bio.
• Do anything involving minors.
• Engage in any illegal activity.
• Claim that the app or our team issues religious rulings.

4. Content and licence

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a limited licence to host, show and process it, only to run the service.

Publication in the public web directory applies only with your separate, explicit consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to post it.

The licence you grant us ends when you delete the content or your account, noting that encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted, as the Privacy Policy explains.

Do not post content that belongs to someone else or affects their rights without their permission. If you see content that infringes your rights, tell us so that it can be reviewed.

5. Moderation

We review every new photo before other members can see it, handle reports, and remove content that breaks the rules. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms.

When a report is made, our team may review the reported content to enforce the rules. You can always block and report for free.

We apply the moderation rules to everyone by the same standard. If you believe a decision about your account or content is wrong, write to us at the email address below and we will review it.

Photo review is separate from the visibility of completed profile information in the app. Unapproved photos are not displayed, and privacy, blocking and suspension rules still apply.

6. Safety

You are responsible for your own decisions and meetings. We advise you to:

Do not share your recovery code or password with anyone, and do not click suspicious links sent to you by members.

If you feel you are in danger, contact the competent authorities in your country first. We may disclose data when the law requires it or to protect the safety of members.

• Take your time before sharing personal details.
• Never send money to anyone.
• Meet in a public place and involve your family.
• Use block and report for any suspicious behaviour.
• We do not verify everything members state, and we do not guarantee any member's honesty or intentions.

7. Subscriptions

All Naseeb Plus benefits are complimentary for women without a purchase. Men can use the free plan or choose an optional monthly auto-renewing premium subscription through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. The store displays the local price and renewal terms before confirmation.

The store shows the price and terms before you confirm. We do not receive your card details. We receive transaction identifiers, the product, status, expiry and renewal status to activate the subscription.

You cancel and manage the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app or the account does not cancel it.

Apple and Google handle refunds under their own policies.

Premium never bypasses the other person's acceptance and guarantees no reply or marriage.

Complimentary access does not automatically cancel an existing store subscription or create a new paid transaction. If you previously subscribed, manage renewal in your Apple or Google account.

8. Third-party services and changes to the service

The service relies on third parties such as Apple and Google for sign-in, push notifications and store billing, and those companies' terms apply to what they provide.

We may add, modify or stop features to improve the service or for technical or legal reasons. The core rights in these terms and in the Privacy Policy do not change without notice under the section on changes to the terms.

In-app third-party measurement works as described in section 6 of the Privacy Policy, and you can switch it off at any time; the public web directory is optional and is switched on only with your consent.

9. Notifications and contacting you

We may send you push notifications through Apple and Google push services, for example to tell you about an introduction request, a new message or something concerning your account. You control the notification permission in your device settings.

We do not send you email because we do not ask for your email address at sign-up. If you write to us at support@naseebmawada.com, we will reply to the address you wrote from.

Check that any message claiming to come from us really does, and never rely on a message that asks you for money or sign-in details.

10. Account deletion

You can delete your account inside the app at any time. The Privacy Policy explains what is removed immediately and what remains in encrypted backups, and for how long.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided «as is» and «as available». To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of information members provide, their behaviour, or the outcome of any introduction or meeting.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the service or your inability to use it, or for the actions or meetings of members.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer under that law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or put members or the service at risk. On termination your right to use the service ends, and provisions that by their nature should continue will remain in effect.

14. Changes to the terms

We will notify members in the app or on the site before any material change to these terms takes effect. If you keep using the service after the change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

15. Acknowledgement of risks

You acknowledge that meeting people online involves risks, including that someone may provide false information or behave badly. By accepting these terms you confirm that you will act with care and that you will report any prohibited behaviour.

The appearance of a member in the service, or approval of a member's photo, is not a recommendation of that member or a guarantee of their honesty or suitability for marriage.

16. General provisions

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the service.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Our delay in enforcing any provision of these terms does not mean we have waived it.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else without our consent. We may use service providers acting for us to run the service, as the Privacy Policy explains.

Send a question or complaint and follow replies under Account > Support and help. If you cannot sign in, use the email below. Support is not an emergency service, and we do not promise a particular outcome before reviewing a report.
